While we may be a newer name on the block, our team brings years of hands-on experience and a strong commitment to doing things the right way—honestly, efficiently, and with care.

Founded by Cody Stanfill and Brandon McKinney, Streamline Plumbing was built from the ground up with one clear goal: to provide high-quality plumbing services that our neighbors deserve. After recognizing a real need for a plumbing company built on quality, reliability, and trust, they set out to create something better—for their customers and for their own families. Rooted in integrity, hard work, and purpose, Streamline aims to become a trusted staple in the community—not just through our work, but by staying involved and giving back to the place we proudly call home.

Meet the Team!

Our History

Streamline Plumbing was founded by longtime friends and business partners Brandon McKinney and Cody Stanfill. Their journey began in middle school and continued through an HVAC program in high school, where they discovered a passion for skilled trades. After graduation, Cody completed business courses at community college, while Brandon began working for a commercial plumbing company. Cody soon joined him, and together they spent their early years as apprentices, learning the fundamentals of plumbing under the guidance of experienced journeymen and master plumbers.

They built a strong foundation learning from experienced plumbers, then shifted to residential service where they found their true calling. The fast pace, real-time problem-solving, and personal connection with homeowners inspired them to start Streamline Plumbing—bringing high-quality, dependable plumbing services back to their hometown of Excelsior Springs and the surrounding areas.

Adding to their story, Brandon and Cody’s wives—Ashlin and Morgan—have been best friends since they were babies. Now, they’re part of the Streamline vision too, playing a hands-on role in helping the business grow while keeping it rooted in family, community, and care.

Brandon Mckinney, Co-Owner

Brandon is a proud husband to Ashlin and dad to their two daughters, Scarlett and Josie. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with family, friends, and his three dogs. He’s known for his great cooking and is always the first to lend a hand with a project. Brandon brings a strong work ethic, a great sense of humor, and a genuine heart for people into everything he does at Streamline Plumbing.

Cody Stanfill, Co-Owner

Cody is a devoted husband to Morgan and proud dad to their daughter, Addilyn, and their son in heaven, Bryson. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active with hobbies like yard work, grilling, and golfing—and he’s always up for something fun, bringing laid-back and positive energy wherever he goes. Cody brings passion, determination, and a deep sense of purpose to his work at Streamline Plumbing.
